Northern Uganda Youth Development Centre (NUYDC) stands on a strong foundation of values, leadership, and purpose. Institutional Structure
Board of Governors
NUYDC has a functional Board of Governors appointed by the Ministry of Education and Sports. The Board provides oversight and strategic guidance and reports directly to the Minister of Education and Sports.
The Centre Staff
The Centre employs 53 staff members:

The Principal serves as the head of the institution and oversees all operations. The Principal reports to both the Board of Governors and the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Sports, through the Department of TVET Operations and Management.
